We are looking for experienced Campaign Managers to join our performance marketing team. The candidate will be required to focus on building potential and managing existing client relationships to drive revenue for the company.


  • Drive Business Development for Performance Marketing Campaigns
  • Create a pipeline of high-value direct performance campaigns
  • Monitor delivery results regularly to ensure monthly revenue targets are achieved
  • Create media plans and presentations for clients
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure delivery of all campaigns as per clients’ requirements
  •  Work with ad operations and technology teams to solve tracking/on boarding related issues for campaigns
  • Remain up-to-date with industry trends and look for innovative ways to approach new business
  • Weekly reporting to management


  • MBA in marketing or related field preferred
  • Min. 3 years of experience in similar role
  • Passion for sales and marketing industry
  • Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong existing industry relationships to win direct campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to drive high revenue in earlier roles
  • Out-of-the-box thinker with strong analytical skills to evaluate performance of delivered campaigns
